Consumption recommendation of the manufacturer

Take half a tablet daily 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed with sufficient liquid (300 ml water).
Important notes: The effect of melatonin can be suppressed by strong light and blue light (e.g. from smartphones and televisions). For optimum effectiveness, it is therefore best to allow your body to rest in natural darkness in the evening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be stored out of the reach of small children!
