Before we delve into the composition details, let's briefly explain what electrolytes are: They are substances that become electrically charged when dissolved in fluids like blood. Electrolytes help regulate nerve and muscle function, as well as acid-base and water balance in our bodies. Since our bodies can't produce them, we must ingest them through food.
The following electrolytes are particularly important for our bodies: Potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and chloride. Not surprisingly, they're all found in our Electrolytes Pro.
Now, let's take a closer look at the fabrics' functions: Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal energy metabolism.
