For one serving, mix 24 g of powder with 500 ml of water in a shaker.

 

Tip

For maximum refreshment, place your shake in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Recommendation

We recommend that you take one serving of Daily per day, preferably immediately after getting up.

 

Keep in mind

Our Daily contains 3 g of creatine - and that is not a coincidence: If you take 3 g of creatine, it increases your physical performance during explosive strength training as part of short-term, intensive physical activity.<sup> 1</sup>
