Preparation

We recommend that you mix 30 g of powder (2 measuring spoons, inside) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker.

Recommendation

For optimal results, we recommend taking Pro Series Crank Pump 30 45 minutes before training. This gives your body enough time to absorb the ingredients and prepare for training.

 

Notice

Do not take Crank Pump:Pro on non-training days.
